The Wasteland Suite is a collection of utilities that let you hack the PC RPG Wasteland (yes, it's an old game, it's still fun). Lets you decompile the game files so you can modify the graphics, maps, monsters, characters, and the whole game if you want. Knowing XML (because it translates the mechanics to and from their native binary format) helps but isn't essential. Written in Java. I used it for un-b0rking my saved games. :)
